After working in the corporate world at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta for 20 years, we desired to not only open our own business, but to open the best business of its kind. We researched industry after industry until we found a passion in the storage business. We researched community after community until we fell in love with Kingsland Georgia. We made the decision to open the first ever climate controlled storage there.
March of 1999
We opened for business
We were innovators in our industry by bringing an un-tested product called Climate Controlled Storage to a market where there was none. Comments from some in the community were “it will never work” and “nobody will pay for climate controlled storage” and “no one will travel an extra two miles to store at your site”. Little did our competitors and others know – we had done our homework. We were intent on building the best facility in Camden County and we did just that.

Moved into the old 84 lumber building

Seeking to expand, we acquired the 84 lumber building and renovated it into a second storage facility that has won countless awards for its safety, ease of access, and cleanliness. Years later it looks just as good as the first day.
2015
Started our moving business
After winning storage of the year for 8 years in a row, we needed a new challenge. We saw the need of many of our storage customers who sought a top notch, high end moving company but found none. We filled that need, and continue to do so to this day.
